Stepping Stones will ensure fully coordinated services and support for individuals involved in multiple areas. We schedule the psychiatric, medical, dental, and vision related appointments, provide transportation, and accompany the individuals as needed and appropriate.

We also provide Nursing Supervision, care plan assessments, and medication reviews.
