Stepping Stones' client care approach is based on in-depth behavior treatment plans. These plans are specialized for each individual and offer structure, supervision, and consistent implementation. We encourage the individual to function with as much self-determination and independence as possible.

In order to deliver the best possible quality of care, we require our behavior team to participate in ongoing training in Positive Supports Programs.

SSL works as a team with the client case managers, guardians, medical personnel, SSL behavioral team, and therapists, to ensure that each client is getting the best and safest approach possible. SSL provides in-house behavior analysts and behavior plans that are reviewed by a behavioral professional.
